All of our products are produced only after they have been ordered. Due to the small size of our plant, we can carefully monitor the fresh milk sourced from dairy farmers in Fukuoka and Kumamoto prefectures, and we strive to process this into products within 24 hours.

The most important point in the production process is heating the milk to the proper temperature and for the right amount of time. From our many years of experience, we know the best temperature and other conditions for locking in the flavor of the raw milk, and we pride ourselves in being able to respond to the needs of professionals with the utmost quality.
